CEOs Forum for State-Owned Enterprises in Tanzania
The Forum holds an Annual General Meeting within six calendar months after the end of its financial year. The Committee determines the date and place; meetings may be held physically or virtually on a platform decided by the Committee.
Business includes elections, consideration of audited financial statements and leadership reports, appointment of the external auditor, approval of plans and budgets, and other constitutional governance matters.
The Committee may call a Special General Meeting, specifying the objectives and business to be addressed.
Article 18(2) sets out a written-request condition: the proposed objectives must be stated and the request signed by at least one-third of members of all categories who are in good standing and eligible to vote.
